In January 2012, Guila Clara Kessous was appointed as a UNESCO Artist for Peace, dedicated to promoting and defending human rights through the power of art. She is also committed to gender equality.
As a member of the Harvard University-affiliated Institute of Coaching, Guila has coached over 500 senior executives and managers for 15 years in leading change and strategy development. Her research focuses on Key Behavioral Indicators (KBIs) related to "strengthening the humanitarian system of the company." She is developing expertise in women's leadership as a Rising Talent of the Women's Forum.
She provides specialized coaching on "Heartificial intelligence," the concept of cultivating leadership skills from the heart through subtle techniques.
She has published on this subject in Harvard Business Review France and Forbes France. She received the prestigious "International Thought Leader of Distinction" award in 2021 from the MEECO Leadership Group for her coaching work with organizations.
