Ricardo Vargas, executive director, Brightline Initiative, shares that the people of the organization need a purpose to work together. “People and technology must work together to frame the future”, he summarized the discussion of the Humans 2.0 event, at the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2019. The event focussed on designing and implementing a future proof strategy. It was supported by Brightline, Boston Consulting Group, and Project Management Institute, and hosted by The Economist Events. Ricardo’s talk focussed on the future of the workforce in an era of technology disruptions, “Humans do not follow Moore’s law.”
